Returns & Refund Eligibility

We only accept returns and offer refunds if the product received is damaged or defective.

To be eligible:

  • You must provide clear, uninterrupted video evidence of the unboxing, starting from opening the sealed package.

  • The damage or defect must be clearly visible in the video.

⚠️ Returns or refunds will not be processed without proper video proof.

Return Request Timeframe

  • You must report the issue within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  • Call us and inform us about the issue

Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
