• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

• Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

• We offer FREE shipping across India on all prepaid orders.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹60 fee will be charged.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for most serviceable locations.

• Please ensure availability to receive the order to avoid failed delivery attempts.

Shipping Coverage

• We ship all over India, except for certain high RTO (Return-to-Origin) risk pincodes where COD or delivery may not be available.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery.

Delays in Shipping

• While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

  • Courier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • High order volumes

• In such cases, we request your patience and understanding.

Failed Delivery & Incorrect Address

• If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, the courier may attempt re-delivery.

• If the issue is from our side, we will arrange a free re-delivery.

• If repeated delivery attempts fail due to customer-side issues, the order may be canceled.
